Rugby games and retail therapy

Taylar’s reign as queen of the mean girls is over and we all want to marry Viarni.

Viarni, who can steal a date and still be the nicest bachelorette.

It’s the fourth episode, and divisions between the ladies are showing. This episode promises tears, growing tensions and and the first kiss of the season.

Last week Viarni won the white rose, which means she gets the choice to steal the single date off Bel.

It’s an awkward situation for her, and the producers must be stoked they found another way to create drama on the bachelorette house. Because there won’t be enough of that already.

Zac turns up to pick out the Viarni and there’s an awkward scene as the girls wave goodbye as Viarni and Zac speed away from the drama. #ByeFelicia

Their date involves going shopping at Stolen Girlfriends Club, a massive improvement on the beach sprints yesterday.

“I’m kinda like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, except I’m not a hooker,” says Viarni, laughing, and they’re so smitten they could run off together now and save us all from our sick obsession with this show.

Viarni reveals she has Crohn’s disease and and Zac looks genuinely concerned. There is more chemistry and emotion in this date than the whole of last season.

Taylar established herself early on as the token mean girl, but it looks like her reign may be over.

Lucia and Katey’s pool side tanning gossip session reveals a divide between the girls.

“I just feel like this house is a bunch of crying babies,” says Lucia, who seems to spend more time thinking about the other girls in the house than Zac.

I wonder if they’re here for Zac, or Instagram followers.

With things heating up in the house, a rugby game for the group date seems like a great way to constructively use up some anger.

Or in Katey’s case, a chance to drop the shoulder and bring down Taylar.

However, Taylar comes out on top, winning a private date with Zac where they proceed to eat a fancy dinner on a table awkwardly placed in the middle of Eden Park.

Zac reveals he once did a gig as a stripper for a hen’s party, but I’m not feeling any sparks and she walks away being the first girl to come back from a date without a rose.

Zac arrives at the cocktail party and spends time with Bel, he mentions what their children would be like and you can practically see her head explode with joy.

Nina finally gets her one on one time with Zac, which she had fretted about all week and new mean girl Katey interrupts.

It is time for the rose ceremony, and Dom drops a bombshell. Two girls will be going home tonight.

Rosie gets the first rose, and I feel like it’s 76 percent based off the fact he gets a kick from asking “Rosie, will you accept a rose.” She’ll be in it for a long time.

Lucia and Katey share a kiss when Lucia feels she’s going home. We had all seen this moment over-hyped on television so it wasn’t a shocker. It’s not 1940, girl on girl action is no longer an outrage.

Taylar and Stephanie are sent home tonight, let’s all hope Taylar can still make it to her brother’s wedding.
