Katikati visitors at the Mystery Creek Fieldays

Fieldays attracts visitors from around the country – including the Flegg brothers from Western Bay of Plenty

Katikati engineer Nick Flegg and his mechanic brother Chris Flegg came to Fieldays on Wednesday to check out the machines, buildings and bits and pieces.

“The main reason is to find a shed, a building. So we’re just going around all the building manufacturers getting prices and specifications,” said Nick.

“It’s a good opportunity to get a lot of industry in one area. Instead of going around seeing a whole lot of different building companies, you can just get the whole lot in one area.”

The brothers left Katikati on Wednesday morning at and headed back later that afternoon.

Flegg does engineering work for horticulture, agriculture and servicing and repairs for local industry.
