“We are taking a huge step and focusing a lot on the digital age with a huge amount of social networking integration, phone applications, high quality streaming and making everything very easy for people to use.”

Noize Radio officially launched on the 26th of April celebrating at Hamilton nightclub The Back Bar where it streamed live.

Social media manager Tyler Staunton says Noize embodies the unique culture of underground music.

“What I think is unique about Noize is that it carries that culture behind the music. The underground music scene is so accepting of new audiences and listeners.”

Staunton sees social media as the key to Noize’s success with all platforms being ussed.

“Things like Instagram, Snapchat and Soundcloud should all be integrated, launched and ready from go from day 1 – meaning that the Noize Radio culture can be liked, listened to and shared almost anywhere and everywhere.”

It is this idea of a ‘Noize culture’ that has seen their facebook page reach 1000 likes in only its first month.
