“Did we win? Wow, we’re honoured,” Robin Jobe said.

“We were off at one of the international things when it was announced so we had no idea.”
The bright yellow-and-black display and running water makes the site hard to miss.

“I think maybe we won because of our branding, we really stand out – and our working models, people can see how our products work in real life.”

The Matatama-based business is owned by brothers Robin and David Jobe and Jobe Valves has been to Fieldays for 44 of the 45 years it has been running.

The company was founded in 1967 by Jim Jobe and specializes in quick-fill pump and tank valves made from non-corrosive material.

“We’ve been coming since the beginning and we’ll keep coming for as long as Fieldays is on.”
